Very informal. No structure and often the conversation went off the original topic. Seemed to be interested in personal infomation and not what the job would be about. I needed the job so I was there to answer what was required. I did briefly explain my experience in sales and working in a call center previously.

Interview
Phone interview followed by an interview with hiring manager. They were both very pleasant and down to earth people. Very friendly. Office was quiet and seemed very professional. People seemed nice and friendly. Interview didn’t feel rushed. Manager really worked to connect and made you feel comfortable.
