Pros

They will find you somewhere to work.

Cons

Everything here is inconsistent. They’ll hire anybody like people who’ll come to the job site absolutely drunk and reeking of liquor putting other workers at danger. There’s no benefits. There’s no room to grow. They reserve the better and high paying jobs for Caucasian people.

Pros

Work life balance is great. Pay is good depending on location, while others are underpaid.

Cons

Inconsistent leadership, lack of training. Leadership not open to feedback from employees on the ground doing the job. The only role that is valued is the sales team.
