I applied online. I interviewed at Trans Cosmos (Kuala Lumpur) in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview process was very detailed. I started off with an assessment, then personality assessment, then English language assessment, followed by a face to face interview with the recruiter. Once I cleared, I was called on another day for an interview with the TL and then the call center manager. However, it was worth it as I always wanted to work in a Japanese company to learn the culture.
First interview for first job few years back, it was fairly easy and welcoming. The interview itself was quick and straightforward. Was offered the job quite quickly too, completed the whole process less than 2 weeks
