The hiring process was fast I applied online and 3 days later I got a invite to a phone interview did that one and was told to schedule another interview and after that I was offered the job.

Throw WhatsApp but very professional and respectful and very polite but not convenient work hours and conditions for me and we didn't agree on the working location as they don't provide transportation

Soft skills interview and speed typing test it was friendly overall and no pressure they asked me to introduce myself in English and asked about my previous experience, asked about the hard cases I had and how I managed to help the angry customers .
