      Pros: The training program is highly structured and really prepares you for the production floor. The work environment in the Tunis office is friendly, and the team leads are generally very approachable and ready to help when you are struggling with a customer. Great place to build basic communication and customer service skills.

      This place is a dumpster fire. The leadership is nothing more than a bunch of hens who are always arguing with each other and have more drama than a soap opera. The company does not care about their employees, they put in a front but all they care about is billable hours to Apple.
