Interview
The interview began as a group interview via Google Teams. There were a total of four candidates in the interview. We each got asked various questions regarding our past experience and performance as a Customer Service Representative, and then we were moved back into the lobby to each be interviewed privately. The entire interview took about 45 minutes, and at the end we were all hired.

I was asked to detail an incident where I went above and beyond to help a customer. I was also asked who was my favorite past manager or supervisor and why. Finally, I was asked why I would be a good fit for the position.
Very good and easy. The interviewer was really friendly and accommodating. He took some time to know about me and how I would navigate different scenarios. A very good experience overall.
