Travelers Inside Sales Representative interview questions

Phone screening followed by an phone interview and than test. I passed all the test and got a call for a face to face interview. Interview with manager and HR and was offered the position 2 days letter. Intensive background check must give accurate dates of employment. Must be able to pass a drug test and must be able to take it within 3 days of offer.
