Interview
Upon completion of an application, as well as an IQ test, I had a phone interview with an HR representative. The phone interview was approximately 30 minutes. From here, I went in for an in person interview with two supervisors as well as a manager for the department in which I applied for. The interview process lasted for about 3 hours.

There were many situational questions in regards to customer service, as well as questions concerning the role itself.
Had a phone call interview. Was asked 5-6 questions, Smth about my specific experience mentioned in the resume, tell me about a time you worked in a team, why insurance? and some case specific.
The initial phone interview went great. The interviewer told me to expect a call to schedule the next step with the Claims Team.
They never interviewed me so they closed the door before even meeting although I was more than qualified and deserved the interview.

Phone screening, followed by a computer assessment related to mapping out travel routes and writing a professional email. First round interview over the phone followed up by a second interview in person. Took about 2 weeks to hear back after the last interview.
