I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Ottawa, ON) in Apr 2019
Interview
Applied online. Contacted by recruiter for phone interview. Was not called on scheduled day/time, later told the interview had to be delayed until following week. Interview went well, application referred to local branch manager for next steps. Was never contacted by local branch hiring manager. After 3 weeks, attempted to follow up with recruiter. Was finally notified by recruiter local branch was not interested in proceeding with my application. Process seems very unprofessional. Would not apply to Travelers again in the future.
