Interview
First round and second round interview. There was behavioral questions as always. I thought it was a good process overall. It is a tough program to get into in my opinion.
1st Round 2nd Round super day 3 interviews, this is usually with someone that is at the AVP level and then two lower level people. Overall pretty chill, not too intense.
The interview process was pretty relaxed, with a lot of behavioral questions. It also felt like a casual conversation, and the interviewers were really friendly. Overall, they have a welcoming and chill community.

Fairly standard with questions that are both behavioral and technical. Be prepared to speak about past experience and also know bits about the insurance industry. It will help a lot to have this information.
