2 rounds interviews first round-hr phone screen second round- with hiring manager for the second round, all questions are about behavioural questions, no surprises, lasts for more than an hour questions I remember: challenges, conflict with colleague, short/long term goal, why try,, why this position, why insurance, time management, what kinds of environment you are looking to step into, what is ur strength.
