I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TribalScale (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2016
Interview
Very relaxed, and the interviewers are helpful. There was no strict dress code, they offer refreshments, and really want to get to know if you'll be a good fit so they don't want to intimidate you. The interviewers are really friendly so if you don't understand something they'll gladly explain.

Interview
Great interview process. Interviewer was super friendly and the questions were reasonable as well. Asked a couple of technical questions, talked about my personal programming experience, what I'd want to work on at the company and then gave a description/ answered any remaining questions I had regarding the company. Overall a good experience.
