It is a 45 min in total interview with 20 min of hr interview and 20-25 min of technical interview (present portfolio to a designer). Overall it is great, hr was very kind and the designer interviewing me actually cared about my project and asked lots of good questions.

You have a screener contact you via email to set up a phone call to screen you, you’re then set up to speak with the head designer and another person on the team, then you’re set up to speak with the same head designer and again, one other person on the design team. There is no technical review or portfolio review I’m not sure about the rest of the company but they do all 3 interviews and then take months to get back to you to follow up on if you’ve received the position or not. The design team will ghost you for months and then you receive a random email saying they went with another candidate but they’re going to he taking on more interns and to please apply again. Like no, that’ll leave a bad taste in any interviewee’s mouth and truth be told, as an interviewee, if this is how you’re treated by a company in the interview process, it won’t be far off from how their employees are treated or what the culture is.
