Interview
HR person contacted me for a quick phone call which lasted around 15 minutes talking about my past experience, why I want to work for the company, etc. I was then scheduled for a second interview with the manager the following week. The second interview did not feel like an interview at all...Just talked about when I could start and told me more about the company. Was told that they would love to have me on the team and that they just need to confirm some things. I was under the impression that I had pretty much gotten the job, but a week later there was no response...Followed up with HR twice before they told me that they had gone forward with another candidate. In my opinion, it was not professionally handled. They should not have said anything if they weren't sure they were going to hire me.

Interview
Applied online via LinkedIn and careers page. After ~2 week recruiter contacted me by phone and performed a phone screen. Received a follow up email to do an inperson interview with two members of the team.
