I applied online. I interviewed at TribalScale (Only, TN) in Nov 2023
Interview
Was messaged on linkedin to have a 15 min virtual coffee chat to learn about the opportunity (as I was not provided a job description up front). When joining the call, I realized I was joining a full-blown interview--I decided to move forward as I didn't want to come off as a candidate that wasn't adaptable/flexible. I did pretty well considering, however when explaining this and requesting additional time to adequately prepare, I was ultimately ghosted in the process.
A side complaint: The job title I was messaged about on LinkedIn also had changed by the time I met for the call. Even for a call, it's hard to be successful and prepare a pitch if the scope of the role and responsibilities change by the time you speak.
For a company that appeared to foster a great work culture and values, the hiring process told a much different story about what it's like working there.
