One round on campus and four rounds on sites, and there was a writing sample section that you need to pick a topic to write up several paragraphs. In the onsites, the interviewers were office managers from different offices. They asked mostly behavior questions and business cases.

Rotated through 4 managers and was given a writing assignment. It was a very positive, low-stress environment. Food and beverages were provided. After the interviews, we were invited to lunch with current consultants.
