Interview
Got sent an email by campus career services, submitted a resume, and got an interview on campus. Interviewer was very nice, nothing crazy technical or difficult.
Was invited to a regional office for nationals-level interview: Four gentlemen and a writing sample. Each covered a different area: how you handle stress (toughest), general problem solving (here's a situation, what should you consider/what steps should you take), basic resume-stuff, and the last guy spent most of the time reading my resume, I had to interject here and there to not sit in awkward silence.
They all had some kind of science background (meteorology or some kind of engineering) and had years of experience in the company. Do your homework (on the company and the interviewer's backgrounds: you should get their names, look them up on the company website), have a reason for why you want to work there, and be prepared to talk about yourself.
Overall a good experience.

Talked in person at a career fair, then a 1-hr interview in person, followed by several email exchanges. The interview in-person was with 2 employers and was casual and not intimidating. However, the following email exchanges promised home but was then ghosted.
