I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Trinity Consultants in Nov 2020
Interview
My process began through campus recruiting. The interviews starter with a first-round where I had the opportunity to speak to a managing consultant. It was relaxed and there were some great conversations. Not too long after I was invited to take part in second-round interviews where I spoke with three other employees, each from a different office from the locations I preferenced. These interviews were a little more formal but still included good conversations. That same day I was given a problem statement and had to write a mock memo to a made-up customer. This served as a writing sample.
