I applied through the career fair at our university, and then was invited interview after 2 weeks. The first round interview was very easy and casual. No difficult questions. The next day, I received a call for the on-site round interview. I would say the recruiting process was very efficient and fast. The onsite interview lasted for 2 hours, met with three stuff one by one, they are regional manager, group manager and senior environmental consultant. The first lady asked you behavior questions, and second person talked with you about your career goal and your specialties. The last person just chatting with you, ask some general questions, like the location preference. The most difficult part is the writing test at the end. I only took one air pollution class, so I cannot understand the problem, How can I write the demo for the clients? Anyway, it was a very good experience and I think trinity is a good company to work for. If you are interested in air pollution, and regulations, just go for it.
