Interview
First round is 30 minutes 1:1 interview. Second round is four 1:1 interview with managers from all nation and one 30 minutes writing test. The process and questions are similar to other comments here. I appreciate all those comments, which helped me a lot during the interview. I was less nervous after seeing those comments and got a general idea of what the process is going to be. Still waiting for the result but it's definitely a wonderful experience.

Mostly behavior questions. Do expect some random questions as it is more like a improvisation Q&A. They just want to find out more about you. I got asked some technical questions as well. They are reasonable. They just want to see how to approach to the problem; it's not meant to trick you or intimidate you. Good luck guys.
