Trip.com Group Account Director interview questions

Overall, I had five interviews spread over four weeks. I was glad that, despite the Christmas and New Year holidays, they did their best to ensure I received the outcome promptly, which I found very considerate. I interviewed with different teams based in London and Shanghai, and the questions varied depending on the team. What amazed me was that before this round, I had interviewed for another role. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the recruiter who did my initial screening remembered our previous discussion. I thought this was great, it showed that he had truly taken notes. During the interview, I didn’t have to repeat myself, as he already knew my profile and expectations.
