I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Trip.com Group in Aug 2020
Interview
1) Poor approach by the recruiter without any indication of the interview length and the tool used for the interview. Few info on the position itself (it seems it was more a step to cut some of the applications).
2) Interview with the hiring manager - same as above plus no presentation of the company and of the hiring manager ( I did not know who I was talking to). Very few info on the position and career progression.
3) Asked to send an email answering a couple of questions. Very vague questions. Questions have been communicated during the call without any further explanation. Very poor experience overall.
