Questions of ability or willingness to be able to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for long periods of times. HR was unprepared and didn't even have a copy of my resume, luckily I had brought several copies, so we could discuss previous work experience. HR at this facility was the worse HR I have ever encountered. Lazy, and unprepared, unable and unwilling to do more than what he could for the company, not concerned about employees and what they may need.
Pretty basic and simple interview for the most part . Asked a few basic questions and we took a tour after the interview. Started working the next week after the interview
