The interview lasted for one hour and was mainly behavioral questions. All the questions asked were based on the five c's at Tyson. The interviewer seemed more interested in playing buzzword bingo than actually evaluating the competency of the candidate. The technical questions asked were very scattered, as if the interviewer didn't know what he was looking for in a candidate. Ultimately I was ghosted by the employer only to find the job posting reopened the following week.
