Interview
Two interview process. The first is an actual interview, with very standard interview questions. You can look them up on any website. They require traditional professional dress, and they seriously mean traditional. Office staff and security are friendly. After interview expect to take a personality test, and a small test involving basic math and extensive geography of the US and Canada. If offered the position you are expected to take a drug test within 24 hours of leaving the interview. You must list on your availability that you can work at least one weekend day to be considered.
The second "interview" is really just revealing the pay (minimum wage, no exceptions). Confirming your work schedule, and scheduling training. They will also be taking your ID paperwork and direct deposit info.

Interview process was fine and not hard when they need people just show up with a pulse and half a brain and they’ll hire you. Don’t really even need that much experience.
I came over from another store and it was rather seamless. The manager at the time was nice and gave me a good idea of what the work would entail. Onboarding takes about 3 days.
