They emailed me asking for work samples, then requested I drive to their HQ for an interview. I was rejected within 4 hours, which is pretty unprofessional. It really shows how little effort they put in their recruiting decisions. The recruiter didn't bother to let me know it would be a panel interview with 3 people, so I was caught off guard.
