They have a rather involved process all set up, entirely online. It has a huge problem because it insists on our giving detailed information about each and every job you ever had. That simply doesn't work out for someone that held many jobs in a long career. I wrote a "currently available skills summary" and sent that in. That apparently blew up either their computer system or the poor mind of the human that couldn't handle anything she he/she hadn't seem 5,000 times before.
