Interview
Tried to apply for the "work at home" CSR. Had to bring a copy of my Internet speed, download and upload, from a testing website they use to see if my computer qualified. Was unfortunately on the tail end of the summer busy season, so they were winding down and I missed the 6-week training period. Several months later they called to see if I was still interested in the winter push.

Quick, hands-on, and easy. On the job learning with clear process laid out, complete with pay for time spent onboarding. No bueracracy, single point of contact - seamless process all around.
Interview process was fine and not hard when they need people just show up with a pulse and half a brain and they’ll hire you. Don’t really even need that much experience.
I came over from another store and it was rather seamless. The manager at the time was nice and gave me a good idea of what the work would entail. Onboarding takes about 3 days.
