Very personal. Laid back process. Really care about who you are, and what you can do. Professional in wanting someone with the qualifications to do the job, but not keeping that as the only criteria. Ask about the company history and goals. Great process overall.

Phone A 15 minute in person interview Then a “working interview” Was told it would be no more than one hour. Six hours later, I had to leave for another commitment. Radio silence for a week, when it was presented that the job was mine if I wanted it. Then was told they decided to hire from within.
