Honestly, the interview process was relatively easy. It was an intro phone call with HR and then an interview with the hiring manager. The real reason why I declined was because they were rushing me to make a decision the day of. They wouldn't allow me to have the weekend to think about the offer. It almost seemed like they were pressuring me into taking the offer. The recruiter kept asking me why I was hesitant to take the offer and why I needed the weekend. I believe that it is customary for people to take a couple of days to review the offer and make sure it's a good fit. Overall, it was a very negative and rude experience in the end; a major red flag for the company culture.
