Interview
The interview for me was super short. Manager asked what my work history was like. Once I said it was mostly customer service related, they offered me to come in the next day for the fast hire fast pay.
Quick, hands-on, and easy. On the job learning with clear process laid out, complete with pay for time spent onboarding. No bueracracy, single point of contact - seamless process all around.
Interview process was fine and not hard when they need people just show up with a pulse and half a brain and they’ll hire you. Don’t really even need that much experience.
I came over from another store and it was rather seamless. The manager at the time was nice and gave me a good idea of what the work would entail. Onboarding takes about 3 days.
