Interview
Multi step process, met with several people, seemed very disorganized. They had a lot of tenure which contributed to the issue since they didn't seem to go through the hiring process frequently. My last interview, they verbally offered the position, then crickets. At least lie and say you have other people to interview and you will get back to me. Very unprofessional.

Interview
Be prepared to take a Wonderlic test and an accounting test. I met with the former controller who was very generous with her time. Most of the interview was spent discussing the bulk of the job which appeared to be managing the staff. The location was easy to get to. Parking was free. The building was not fancy.

Question 1
The entire focus of the interview was on managing the staff. Perhaps my score on the Accounting test was poor and that was all there was left to talk about...not sure.
