I came and met the SSM one on one. She asked me a couple routine questions then I met with the branch manager with a two on one with SSM present.

We went over some questions such as strengths and weaknesses and what I know about the company and why I would like to work for them. We also talked about what customer service means to mean.
First, I started out with a phone interview with recruiter followed by in person interview with district manager. At the time, there was no assigned branch manager so the standard process may vary from mine.

Why should we pick you over other candidates that are applying?
I applied on the website. us bank branch manager contacted me. i made appointment for the interview. i passed the interview. next interview is with district manager. but my first language is not English. so i failed the interview. but the interview is good experience.
Asked the appropriate questions. I felt comfortable and the manager was easy going and let his expectations be known. Make sure to ask a lot of questions about the position. My previous banking experience made it easier for me.
