Interview
I applied weeks before I got a call for an interview, when I did get the call I was asked to come in for an interview. I met with the branch manager and then not even 24 hours later I got a call to schedule an interview with the district manager. I have that this afternoon, hopefully it goes well.
They asked very standard questions. They hated on my current position which was the only downside.
Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Appleton, WI)

I was really great. I hope to be apart of the culture. Very good people to talk about growth. Looking forward to working customers & connecting very well. Management team seems very connecting

I got an email inviting me to interview the following week. It was in person at the branch with 3 people. it was pretty short and they got back to me quickly with an offer
