Typical questions. The whole process took about two weeks.After interviewing with branch manager I had a phone interview with the district manager. About 3 days later was offered position. Did end up decking as I received a better offer from another bank.

Why should we pick you over other candidates that are applying?
I applied on the website. us bank branch manager contacted me. i made appointment for the interview. i passed the interview. next interview is with district manager. but my first language is not English. so i failed the interview. but the interview is good experience.
Asked the appropriate questions. I felt comfortable and the manager was easy going and let his expectations be known. Make sure to ask a lot of questions about the position. My previous banking experience made it easier for me.
