      Customer Service Representative Interview

      Jun 12, 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at U.S. Bank

      Interview

I was phone screened, interviewed and brought in to do paperwork. There was a lot of confusion on my end with where I was going, talking to and even what I was being hired for. Once officially offered the start date kept changing. I was given 3 different start dates, all due to trainer availability.

      Interview

The interview process at US Bank was very straight forward. One thing I would recommend is using the STAR method. Makes the interview process go by smother and you will use the STAR method on the job if you accept a position.
