Very informal and conversational. Completed over Zoom due to pandemic. Discussed responsibilities and accomplishments in prior roles. Discussed role and what it entails. Heard back very quickly which I appreciated.

I started through a temp agency. The bank basically hired you in as permanent employee after 90 days. You just have to complete their online application with your job history etc.
