I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank
Interview
The interview process was pretty good and timely. I initially applied on Linkedin and about a week later, a US Bank internal recruiter reached out to me and scheduled a 30min interview about my experience. A lot of questions regarding client interactions and how I would treat certain situations. They also asked for my wanted pay range. A week later I had a zoom interview with 4 branch managers at once. It was about 45-60 minutes. Pretty straightforward questions like why USB, what I've heard, what I did to prepare for the interview, why I'm leaving my current employer, etc. Also asked for my requested pay at the end. The recruiter said pay can be anywhere from $20-$31/hr I believe based on experience. I have no banking experience and was offered a job as CRC III (CRC has 1,2,3,4 levels) based on my extensive customer service and client relationship/sales history.

Question 1
Why USB? What did you do to prepare for this interview? What are you currently or planning on doing to network more? Why are you leaving x employer?
Phone screen with recruiter, 7 questions max about customer satisfaction, problem resolution risk management… then hiring manager asks 10-12 questions or so, 30-40 minutes on average. Very easy if you have experience on banking and show willingness to be the best employee ever
