In-Person Screen - 30 minutes
Phone & Skype screening was pretty technically but overall related to business analysis. Scenario based questions to understand the work delivered.
Focus was on my previous work experience related to specific domain and my hands on knowledge on different tools that were being utilized.
Overall, pretty standard interview process however the decision took long time which I did not expected. I thought it would be quick and within 2 weeks but it took way longer.

There were three interviews. First one was a phone call with HR. Second was with the hiring manager. Third one was with a second manager. Took awhile to hear anything back after all the interviews.

Felt comfortable during the interview process. HR did a great job of communicating with me along the way and the hiring manager provided detailed information around the position applied for. US Bank seems like a great place to work and I plan to continue looking for new opportunities there.

Describe your process to collect business requirements.
There will be a phone interview first. When you pass the phone interview there will be 2-3 rounds of interviews with managers and team leaders. Each interview is about 30 mins.
