i got a call to meet with the branch manager at the corporate location. She asked me about my previous banking experience and explained how US Bank is all about advancement and is great at promoting employees. I then interviewed a week later with the assistant branch manger. I received a offer after negation

Had two interviews. The first was with the branch manager and assistant manager while the second was a one on one with the teller coordinator. Interview was down to earth and simple.
