The company is very dated and I found that the interviewer stumbled to answer a lot of my difficult questions about the organization. I found that technology was very dated and staff was not open to new employees. The long story short is that there wasn't anything innovative going on with U.S. Bank. They are the fifth or sixth guy to show up to the game in every single banking division. If I won 10,000,000 the last place I would place it is at U.S. Bank.
