Very through and ensured that applicant had a keen interest of the job. Understanding of policy and the legislative process. Asked about prior history with legislation and future prospects. Very nice interviewers who seemed interested in the applicant.

Completed initial online application which was short answer essay format. Following this application, I had a phone interview screening and then a follow up formal interview via phone. The process was fast paced and relatively straight forward.

Very relaxed and surprisingly low stress. 1 phone call interview that lasted ~20 minutes. Conversational and an overall really positive experience. Interviewer made me feel very comfortable and did a great job explaining the role in depth, from daily activities to long term goals
