Interview
Very poor. Spent majority of interview asking about my views on abortion. The interviewer was insulting and arrogant. I’m not sure why they even brought me in for an interview when it was so obvious they were not going to hire me despite being qualified for position.

The Senate is not known for fast action. This was certainly the case. The process was long and often very basic. There was more just talking and less actual interviewing. Eventually once I got an interview it seemed like they barely read my resume. To be honest not really sure what else to add to meet word limit. There isnt that much else to say.

The interview was conducted telephonically due to my distance from Washington. It was done with a small group of three interviewers, including the chief of staff. Questions mainly focused on the knowledge of the Senator's positions, my policy experiences, and how I would fit in with the culture.
