      3 rounds of interviews. First interview was overall very conversational. Answered questions regarding background and experiences. Second inter went more in depth with specific experiences and handling situations. No discussion of pay or benefits until offer via call.

      Interview

      three interviews and a writing test, first with the direct supervisor (the head of scheduling), then with the deputy chief of staff, and lastly with the chief of staff. There were mostly experience questions with some behavioral questions.

      Interview

      Interviewed with the Director of Scheduling and the Chief of Staff before the second round where I met with the Senator and the Chief of Staff was also present. The interviews were both informal.
