The interview process was pretty relaxed. I interviewed with one of the constituent representatives in the office. It was more of an opportunity to ask questions about the office, while she asked me basic questions. Since most of the work I would be doing was taking phone calls from constituents, the interview served as a showcase of my behavioral and interpersonal skills.
