First round was a screening panel with four people. I honestly wasn't sure if they were very formal individuals or robots. Answered a series of five questions related to my leadership style and technical experiences - including two oddly specific questions about a singular subject that was low on the "Desired Qualifications" list in the job description. Floor was not opened for me to ask questions at the end. We wrapped up in 15-20 minutes. Was not offered second round interview. I was a bad cultural and technical fit for the position. No harm.
