Applied online, took a few weeks for my application to get processed as they look to hire about 30-50 new guides at a time. Was contacted via email to come in for a group interview (I was given two separate time slots to choose from). From there I was notified about half a week later if I was moving on. From there, you set up a panel interview which took about 10 minutes total. I was contacted a week later.
