It was pretty simple. Asked mainly behavioral questions pertaining to the lab scenarios. Just know how to troubleshoot apps and how to escalate to support. Also be ready to explain how you would manage a situation where you need to address two pressing needs at the same time. How do you prioritize one?

What would you do if someone’s word app is not opening on their laptop?
The interview process was very straight forward. The interviewer asked behavorial questions to try and see the scope of your customer service abilities. Overall, the questions were easy and could be answered as long as you had basic computer knowledge.
