The interview process was very straight forward. The interviewer asked behavorial questions to try and see the scope of your customer service abilities. Overall, the questions were easy and could be answered as long as you had basic computer knowledge.

It was pretty simple. Asked mainly behavioral questions pertaining to the lab scenarios. Just know how to troubleshoot apps and how to escalate to support.
