UNC Chapel Hill interview questions

Spoke to manager initially in store after sign asking for hours to be filled was posted. Got called about 2 weeks later and had an early morning interview. Interview lasted about 20 minutes and I was hired on the spot. Simply had to relate to the manager to get the job. Very laid back.

Interview process was straight forward and as expected in a large organization. Applied for position through HR channels and was contacted by the hiring supervisor. The interview was scheduled quickly, but the HR bureaucracy took a while to work through.
